Creates an initramfs for kernel 6.8.0-45-generic and writes it to the path after -o, bypassing the normal update-initramfs flow. This is the underlying Debian tool for packing early-boot drivers and scripts into initrd.img. Useful for testing custom configurations or repairing a broken image. Run as root.
