Reorders boot entries so 0001 is tried first and 0002 second, controlling which OS or loader the firmware starts. The comma-separated list can include any subset of existing boot numbers. Use efibootmgr -v to see the current numbers. This only changes firmware boot order, not the GRUB menu.
