Send a magic packet to a specific broadcast address
The -i flag points the magic packet at a chosen broadcast address, such as the 192.168.1.255 directed broadcast of the target's subnet, which crosses routers more reliably than the default limited broadcast. Routers must forward directed broadcasts for this to work across subnets. Port stays at the default 9 unless -p overrides it.
