Toggle Copilot on/off globally in VS Code settings
In VS Code, open Settings (Ctrl+,), search 'Copilot', and toggle 'GitHub Copilot: Enable'. You can also click the Copilot icon in the status bar for quick access. Disabling globally is useful when working with sensitive/proprietary code.
