An exit node acts as the tailnet's gateway to the internet, and this sends all of this machine's outbound traffic through the node at the given Tailscale IP, so your public IP becomes theirs. Useful for region-specific services or privacy. The node must advertise itself as an exit node and be approved in the admin console.
