The core deploy step: restarts the systemd unit so it loads the newly pulled code, rebuilt assets, or edited environment. systemd stops the old process, starts the new one, and reports failure if the unit cannot come up. For zero-downtime patterns prefer an ExecReload or a rolling restart.
