Back up sshd config with today's date suffix

Snapshots the SSH daemon config before you edit it: $(date +%F) expands to today's date (YYYY-MM-DD), so the backup file keeps a recognizable timestamp. If a hardening edit locks you out, restore by copying the backup back over sshd_config. Keep the backup until the new config has survived a restart.
