Starts the Ollama server with its model storage redirected from the default ~/.ollama/models to /data/ollama, useful on machines where the home partition is small or models should live on a big data drive. Set the variable per-command or export it in your shell profile. `ollama serve` alone uses the defaults; the server listens on 127.0.0.1:11434.
