Opens your browser for OAuth and stores the token locally so wrangler can act as you. Run this once per machine before deploying or managing resources. For headless or CI environments, skip it and export CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN instead. Pair with `npx wrangler whoami` to confirm the session works.
