Activates the systemd collector, which exposes metrics about every unit on the host: active state, restart counts, and recent start times. It is opt-in because it is expensive on machines with hundreds of units. Filter which units are tracked with the --collector.systemd.unit-whitelist and --collector.systemd.unit-blacklist flags.
