This marks the home profile as static so NetworkManager applies the ipv4.addresses, ipv4.gateway, and ipv4.dns values you configured instead of asking DHCP. Reactivate the connection afterwards, otherwise the old settings stay in use. Without this flag, extra addresses are added on top of the DHCP lease.
