Show nload rates in megabytes per second

Sets the display unit for traffic rates to MB/s; other letters are k for KB/s, g for GB/s, and b or B for bits and bytes. Uppercase means bytes and lowercase means bits, so -u m differs from -u M. Use -t to also tune the refresh interval.
