Start the listmonk server with an explicit config file
Launches the web app, API, and campaign scheduler using the given TOML file. The flag is repeatable and multiple files are merged in order, so you can layer a base config with environment-specific overrides. config.toml is already the default, so pass the flag explicitly when running from another directory.
