The --execute flag runs every cell in order, and --to notebook --inplace writes the executed results back into the original file. This turns a bare notebook into one with fresh outputs and is the headless equivalent of clicking Run All. Use it before sharing to guarantee the results are reproducible. Errors stop execution unless --allow-errors is added.
