Captures a point-in-time backup of the web-disk disk named web-disk-snap-20260801, stored redundantly in Cloud Storage. Snapshots are incremental, so repeated snapshots only cost the changed data. Restore one by creating a new disk with --source-snapshot or use it to clone the disk into another zone.
