Update gcloud and all components to the latest version
Downloads and installs newer versions of the gcloud CLI and its optional components such as kubectl and the alpha/beta command groups. Requires write access to the SDK directory, so run with sudo if gcloud lives under /usr/lib. Check what is installed first with gcloud components list.
