firebase use my-app --alias staging

Associates the alias staging with the project my-app in the current directory's .firebaserc file, without the interactive prompts of firebase use --add. Later commands like firebase use staging or firebase deploy -P staging resolve to my-app. Remove an alias later with firebase use --unalias staging.
