Rebuild the system font cache after installing fonts
After placing .ttf or .otf files in ~/.local/share/fonts/ (user) or /usr/share/fonts/ (system), run this to update the font cache. -f forces a rebuild even if timestamps haven't changed, -v shows verbose output so you can verify your font was found.
