etherwake -i eth0 aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff

Send a wake-on-LAN packet from a chosen interface

etherwake is the C alternative to the Perl wakeonlan script, and -i selects which interface carries the magic packet. It matters on machines with several NICs where only one is on the target's subnet. The target MAC is the single positional argument, and the packet goes out as a broadcast.
