Create a DNS record via the API

Adds an A record pointing www.example.com at 1.2.3.4. ttl 1 means automatic, and proxied true turns on the orange cloud, hiding the origin IP behind Cloudflare's proxy. Set proxied false for mail and verification records, which must not be proxied. The response contains the new record's ID.
