Update a subscriber's profile via the API

Updates the subscriber record; the numeric id comes from the database. PATCH on the same endpoint updates only the fields you send, while PUT is the heavier form. Custom profile data lives in the attribs JSON object, for example a city value that campaign templates can reference.
