Returns subscriber, list, and campaign counts served from materialized views like mat_dashboard_counts, which refresh periodically so the numbers lag slightly. The companion endpoint /api/dashboard/charts provides the click and view series. Credentials are the API user token created under Admin -> Users, or the legacy admin_username and admin_password from config.toml.
