Starts a background task that redacts the user's messages in the listed rooms, with the reason attached to each redaction event. An empty rooms list targets every room they are in, and limit controls how many events per room are considered. The response carries a redact_id you poll for progress. Redaction replaces message content but keeps a notice that something was removed.
