Filters the node exporter output for the node_cpu_seconds_total metric, which counts CPU time per core and per mode such as user or idle. It is a counter that only increases, so dashboards normally apply rate() to it in PromQL. Add the caret form '^node_cpu_seconds_total' to skip the HELP and TYPE lines.
