Runs the GEPA (agent instruction optimization) loop over the agent's system instructions using an optimizer LLM and sampler configs, producing an improved instruction set. New in ADK 2.x. Pass --sampler_config_file_path and --optimizer_config_file_path to control the optimization runs.
