adk eval_set add_eval_case my_eval_set --scenarios_file scenarios.json

Appends JSON-serialized scenarios (queries with expected behaviors) to an eval set. --session_input_file adds cases from a recorded SessionInput instead. Lets you grow an eval suite from captured real conversations — replay what broke, then keep it as a regression test.
